My real name is Vincent Schaeffer but my rap name is O.V.A. I was born in Louisville, Kentucky raised in a small town called Pontiac, IL and Chicago, IL. Later in my life when I was bout 14-15 I moved to Paducah, KY. Sometime in my freshman year of school at Paducah Tilghman High School is when I discovered HipHop. I don’t know why I started doing it I guess it was when everyone was chanting my name. From then on I’ve been doing music. Ran into an old friend at the age of 16 after I moved to Pontiac, IL. He had a group called Break Da Law Thugz with his brother that I was in. When I first started HipHop I went by V-Muney that was given to me by another one of my old friends at the age of 16. I lost count on how many tracks I released but I’m sure I released about 20 plus tracks as V-Muney. So I’ve been doing music off and on since 2004. What got me started back up was losing my best friend Young Pablo on June 22nd, 2017. That’s when I decided to do my comeback track called Missing You. Ever since then I’ve been working hard on my lyrics so I can try to make the world a better place for our kids and our kids kids and so on to live. So if you wanna know what inspired me to keep doing music well there you have it. O.V.A. loves every one of his fans and haters around the world.
